Hi! I’m Jasmine. My online journey began when I was given a computer in my bedroom with no safeguards at the ripe age of 9. I entered the world wide web when AIM chatrooms, chain emails, and Myspace were popular. While the internet surely has transformed since the days I was first welcomed by it, it's safe to say it's still a dangerous place for children to be without boundaries. 

Fast forward to the last 6 years of my career, where I’ve been working diligently to protect humans online as a Sr. Trust & Safety professional for social platforms such as Meetup & Reddit. I've seen a lot. I know that children are vulnerable and there is a whole world out there that they need to be heavily protected from.

As a mom of 4, I understand the emotional fatigue that comes from all of the decisions we as parents are constantly navigating on a daily basis. The average child says, “Mom” around 100 times per day. Our brains are overloaded! That’s why my mission is to lessen the mental strain you feel when there are questions about any tv show, movie, book, social platform, app, or game your kids want to participate in. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge & tools necessary to keep your children safe, not cause you additional anxiety, that’s why I want to bring you Savvy, my digital safety bot!

This is a safe space for  parents who need help creating healthy boundaries for their kids but don't have the time to research every game, social platform, tv show, or movie that their kids want access to. I'd be honored to help you make informed decisions about how to keep your child(ren) safe online.
